ABOUT ME
Bachelor of engineering-electric machine and control department. Over more than
10 years working at Oil and Gas field as Assistant, night and senior electrician,
withstrong qualifications gained at 6TH Gen jack Up rig Bahari-1(3000hp) and
onshorerigs (1500hp). I am possessed strong knowledge of policies, procedures,
equipment, materials, and supplies relevant to construction, operation,
maintenance, and timely repair of equipment VFD power system (ABB and
Siemens types, Caterpillar Engine and Generator, Power Swivel (Top-Drive Varco),
MCC, AC motors up to 1050hp, DC motors, Air Control system, Electrical sub
systems for lighting and power distribution.
Since May 2022 I started my journey as electrical trainer in Egypt, design and
implement electrical drilling training programs like VFD, AMPHION…etc.
Also start my freelance job as auditor in Egypt, carrying out many inspections on
different rigs in Egypt super rigs, work over and pull units which add a lot of
experience for me on OEM specs and API references.
SKILLS
PLC S7-300 maintenance and troubleshooting and programming.
Good knowledge for the VFD systems (ABB-ACS800) and Siemens.
Electrical power generation & Distribution Equipment of Caterpillar model
3516, 3512, 3508 and 3406 Diesel engine and its control system.
Maintain, repair and troubleshoot Rig’s HH drive VFD system.
Maintain, repair and troubleshoot NOV Varco TDS11 drive systems.
Maintain, repair and troubleshoot Rig monitoring systems such as Rig
Sense and VDAC MD TOTCO.
Maintain and troubleshooting for DCS system (EMERSON).
Maintain all AMPHION system parts (SBCs, Touch screens and all MTC ).
Knowledge and understand for Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental
(HSE) policy and Company’s Permit to work system.
Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus & repairs of transformers, motors,
relays, switches, sensing devices, and lighting fixtures.
Maintain and repair the residential, kitchen and laundry equipment.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to read and understand Electrical drawings & Lay-out, Loop
diagrams, Ladder diagrams, flow charts.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and oracle reporting.I
have experience in management the electrical maintenance of the rig and its
equipment.
Go on Plan the PMS on electrical equipment on the rig so that the
operations of the rig are Uninterrupted and efficient.
Raise the orders for the electrical spare parts as and when required, in
such way that uninterrupted operations and optimum inventory control is
achieved.
I’m aware of Company’s Policies, Procedures, Standards, Management
Systems, Emergency Preparedness Manual, Maintenance Manual etc. I’m
sure in high standard of housekeeping is maintained in the electrical
workshop, engine room and other auxiliary equipment area good
performance.
Actively participate in the Weekly and Monthly QHSE Meetings Operation.Identify and
respond to abnormal operating conditions and/or patterns of equipment of systems.
Set schedules to ensure proper utilization of equipment.
I’m sure daily inspections and maintenance on electrical equipment is carried out, aswells
planned maintenance.

Field operation support at ADNOC drilling co, UAE.
-Supervise PMS and CMS for electrical equipment (TDS, DWS, engines and mud pumps) for super
rigs 1500 HP
– Routine visits to sits to check and audit PMS.
– Working in partnership with rig managers and team leaders of rigs to support their rigs to
minimize down time.
– Ensure the availability for shut down spare parts on rig store. Ensuring down time is minimized.
– Design learning program of electricians and assistants in these rigs.
• Dec 2019 till Aug 2023:

-Carry out PMS and CMS for electrical equipment (TDS, DWS, engines and mud pumps).
